Are barbecues allowed on site?
Barbecues can be used on site, as long as they are contained and raised off the grass. Open fires are strictly prohibited.
Are there facilities for disabled customers?
The park is mainly level with wheelchair access to most areas. There are specially adapted toilets and showers available in each facility block with pitches reserved nearby. Please state when booking if you require a disabled pitch (badge holders only).
Are there first aiders available?
If you are unfortunate enough to have a minor scrape or accident during your stay, we have a total of five fully qualified first aiders around the park and clubhouse area. One of these will be available during the daytime and evening. Please ask a member of staff or ring Reception on 01278 751227 for assistance.
If there is an emergency in the night, ring our Night Warden (on duty from 8pm - 8am) on 07818 282950. The nearest Accident & Emergency centre is at Weston General Hospital, Grange Road, BS23 4TQ. Please note that from 4th July 2017 the Weston A&E Department will be temporarily closed overnight between 10pm and 8am; instead call 111 (non-emergency) or 999 (emergency).
Are there plug sockets and hairdryers in the washrooms?
Yes, there are 13 amp plug sockets in every toilet block, as well as shaving sockets. Hairdryers are provided and you can use the sockets for your own electrical items such as hair straighteners. We do not recommend leaving devices unattended to charge; instead you can charge items at Reception free of charge - please bring your own charger.
Can I freeze my ice packs on site?
We hire out our own ice packs from Reception. There is a charge of 20p (+ £2 refundable deposit) per ice pack. We cannot freeze your own blocks however.
Do I have to pay for showers?
No, showers are free of charge at Warren Farm.
Do you allow generators?
No, we do not allow the use of generators on site as they may disturb others.
Do you have hard standing pitches?
Yes, we have a limited number of hard standing pitches on Fields 5 and 6. We have plans to create more hard standings in other areas in the future.
Do you have laundry facilities on site?
Yes, there are launderettes located in our facility blocks. A washing machine cycle costs £3 and use of a tumble drier is 50p.
Do you have wifi internet on site?
Yes, The Beachcomber has unlimited free WiFi access. Around the rest of the centre, wireless internet is charged at the following rates.
Club WiFi charges for up to two devices:

4 days - £10
1 week - £15
1 month - £25
7 months - £60
You can buy internet credit straight from the connection page on your laptop or mobile device. Club WiFi handles all technical support therefore it is best to contact them directly if you have any issues connecting.

Do you hire out items such as irons, wheelchairs and electric hook-up leads?
Yes, the following items are available to hire from Reception free of charge. A refundable deposit is required per item. Please get in touch to book one of our hire items.

Brean Caravan Shop hire and sell 12v batteries, hook-up leads, mobile mains units, jump start kits, portable stoves and DVD players. They also offer a battery charge service.
Do you hire out pushchairs, travel cots and high chairs for infants?
Yes, you can hire a travel cot, pushchair and/or high chair from Reception free of charge. A refundable £25 deposit is required per item. Please get in touch to book one of our hire items.
Do you sell caravans?
Yes, we sell touring caravans and occasionally have statics for sale. Check our Caravan Sales web page for current stock. Please phone 01278 751227 for enquiries or pop into Reception.
Do you sell Warren Farm gift vouchers?
Yes, Warren Farm gift vouchers are available in multiples of £10 and £20. If you'd like to treat a friend or family member to a holiday with us, these gift vouchers can be used to contribute towards the cost. A great present!
Our gift vouchers can be purchased from Reception, either in person or by calling us on 01278 751227.
To redeem gift vouchers, please make a booking as usual then present your voucher/s on arrival at Reception. We will deduct the voucher amount from your remaining balance.
Terms & Conditions:
Vouchers can only be redeemed against payment of a holiday at Warren Farm Holiday Centre.
Vouchers cannot be redeemed at The Beachcomber or Warren Farm's shops - only at Reception.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Change cannot be given.
Warren Farm cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen vouchers.
Vouchers cannot be re-issued.
Do you stock gas bottles?
Yes, we stock Calor gas and can exchange Calor gas bottles only. Please note if you need to buy a new gas bottle, there is a Calor cylinder charge of £30 plus the gas price on top.
We stock various sizes of Calor butane and propane.
Brean Caravan Shop sells Camping Gaz and various types of disposable gas canisters.
Do you take touring caravans for the season?
Yes, we have touring seasonal pitches but there is an ongoing waiting list. Please visit our Seasonal Pitches page for prices and information.
Is there anywhere to charge my mobile phone or other electrical items?
Yes, you can charge your electrical devices at Reception. There is no charge for this service, but you must provide your own charger.
Is there site security?
Although very few problems occur, we do have a Night Warden on duty from 8pm - 8am every night. If you have any problems at night during your stay, please either call or text the warden on 07818 282950.
May I put up a gazebo?
Yes, you may put up a gazebo, providing there is sufficient space on your pitch and you are not encroaching on others.
What is the mobile phone signal like there?
Mobile phone signal is generally good on-site, however there may be black spot areas. Wifi and 4G is also widely available. For more detailed information about coverage, please contact your network provider's Coverage Checker.
What is the tourer hook up electricity supply?
The electric hook up is 240 volts, 16 amps. All normal household appliances may be used except for electric cookers and fires.
What is your complaints procedure?
If you’re not satisfied with your holiday or a service we’ve provided, please bring it to our attention as soon as possible. We will try to resolve any issues immediately while you are staying with us. If your holiday is over and you’re still unhappy, you can telephone, email or write to us (please include your booking reference number and contact details). We take all complaints very seriously and we will strive to reach a resolution. Unfortunately we can’t take responsibility for things beyond our control such as the weather or criminal activity. If you still wish to take things further, the European Commission has set up an Alternative Dispute Resolution process, which aims to resolve disputes out of court. Can friends be pitched together?
We cannot reserve a particular place, as you choose your own pitch on arrival. We will endeavour to put you in the field of your choice and keep groups of families and friends together, however this cannot be guaranteed during very busy periods.
Can I extend my stay on a touring pitch?
In most cases you can extend your stay if availability allows. This may not be possible on bank holidays and during very busy times. Please contact Reception in order to check if it's possible to stay longer.
Can I have a pup tent on the same pitch as my main unit?
One additional small pup tent is allowed on your pitch for use by children only, at no extra charge.
Can I pay for my stay by credit or debit card?
Yes you may pay by credit or debit card. We accept all of the following card types, in full or part payment of your transaction with us; Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa, Delta and Electron.
Do I have to pay a deposit to book?
Yes, a compulsory deposit is required when booking your holiday. This applies to touring, camping and static caravan hire. Please visit our Book Online page to see how much deposit is needed to secure your booking. You can make further payments at any time through your online account.
Do you allow groups of youngsters to stay?
Groups of young people are not permitted to stay on-site. We will accept bookings for families and couples only. If you're not sure whether your party will be accepted, please call us on 01278 751227 to discuss.
Do you take club bookings or rallies?
Yes, we can accommodate rallies or club bookings in low/mid season only. Special prices apply (must be more than 10 units), please contact us in order to arrange this.
How big are your pitches? What is the largest tent size I can pitch?
Our pitches are approx 9 metres x 9 metres. There should be plenty of space to park your car/s alongside your unit. We can take very large tents up to a maximum of 9m x 9m.
How many cars are allowed per booking? Can I park on my pitch or outside my accommodation?
Touring & Camping: There should be adequate space to park two cars on your touring/camping pitch. If you'd like to bring a 3rd car, you may have to park it on The Beachcomber car park.
Caravan Hire: There is a dedicated car park within our Caravan Hire fleet complex. You will be able to park one car here, outside the accommodation. Depending on space, you may have to park additional cars on The Beachcomber car park.
There is no charge for additional vehicles, however please make sure we have all car details/registrations included on your booking. Please note we do not accept vans or commercial vehicles on site.
I may arrive late. What shall I do?
Don't worry if you'll be arriving late. Reception is open until 8pm, we then have a Night Warden on duty. The Night Warden's phone number is on the main gate, please call him when you arrive for assistance.
Tourers: Please note if you arrive very late (after 10pm) you may have to park on our car park to avoid disrupting others on the field.
Is there a minimum or maximum stay for touring?
There is no minimum stay for touring and camping, you may book from any day to any day. There is however a maximum stay of three weeks on all the touring areas.
Are dogs allowed on the beach?
Yes, the beaches of Brean and Berrow welcome well behaved dogs all year round. All fouling must be immediately removed and put in the bins provided.
How far is the park from the beach?
The beach is only a stone's throw away from our Main Reception, and runs parallel to the main road. There are several beach footpaths including one opposite Sunnyside so it is a short walk wherever you stay. Please see our Park Map for a more detailed location.
Is the beach safe for children?
It is always advisable to supervise young children on any beach or in the sea. At low tide a vast expanse of mud flat is exposed which is dangerous to walk on. Please do not attempt to reach the sea at low tide. For further information please read our Beach Safety leaflets in Reception.
Do I have to book the fishing?
There is no need to book for fishing as there's always adequate space.
Do I have to pay for fishing?
Fishing is free provided you are staying with us. Simply pick up a Warren Farm fishing permit from J.T. Angling, our on-site fishing tackle and bait shop (remember to bring proof you are staying at Warren Farm with you).
What are the rules of the fishing lake?
Warren Farm Fishing Lake Rules
1. Fishing is for Warren Farm customers only.
2. You are required to have a Warren Farm fishing permit and show it on request. Please collect permits from J.T. Angling.
3. All anglers must have a National Rod Licence.
4. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
5. Max. 2 rods to be used per swim.
6. All fish must be returned to the lake.
7. No night fishing between dusk and dawn.
8. No keep nets, landing nets must be used.
9. No peanut or tiger nut.
10. Groundbait to be used in feeders only.
11. Boilies used must be purchased on site.
12. Boilies to be used as a hookbait only.
13. Barbless hooks only.
14. Anglers must clear their own litter before leaving.
15. Please take away any unused baits, do not dispose into the lake at the end of your session.
16. The highest standard of behaviour is expected at all times.
Warren Farm cannot accept any liability for loss, damage or accident to persons or property. Thank you for your co-operation.
What type of fish are in the lake?
The main lake is well-stocked with mirror carp, common carp, roach, rudd and bream. Sizes vary from an average of 2-3lbs up to the largest size of approx 26lbs.
Are there shops and convenience stores nearby?
All essential shopping (for bread, milk, groceries etc) can be done on the park or in the village centre at convenience stores. See our Shops web page for a list of on-site outlets. If you require a large chain supermarket, there is a Tesco in Burnham-on-Sea (5 miles away).
For other retail, there are a limited number of shops in Burnham-on-Sea and Weston-super-Mare town centres. The best selection of clothes shops can be found slightly further afield at Clarks Village outlet shopping centre or Cribbs Causeway mall near Bristol.
How far away is the nightlife?
Our very own clubhouse, The Beachcomber, has fantastic entertainment and is situated right on site. Just one mile away in the centre of the village there are several other pubs and bars. If you require town centre nightclubs, Weston-super-Mare is 10 miles away.
If travelling by train is there any local information?
The nearest railway stations to us are Highbridge & Burnham (approx 7 miles) and Weston-super-Mare (approx 9 miles). Both take roughly 20 minutes to travel to by car. For information on local train services please telephone 0345 7484950 or visit the National Rail website.
If you require a taxi from Highbridge & Burnham station, call Sweet Cabs 01278 789485, Paul's Taxi on 01278 793879 or Beaches Cabs on 01278 773699. If travelling from Weston-super-Mare, call Apple Taxi on 01934 666666. There are several other taxi companies operating from Burnham and Weston-super-Mare.
Is there a bus service available locally?
Yes, the bus stop for transport to Burnham and Weston-super-Mare is just a few minutes' walk from Main Reception (15 minute walk from Sunnyside). Please call in at Reception for an up-to-date bus timetable, alternatively you can phone us on 01278 751227 for further information.

Are children allowed to watch entertainment in the Cabaret Bar as well as the Children's Room?
At The Beachcomber entertainment complex, children are allowed in the main Cabaret Bar every evening except Saturdays when it is restricted to over 12's. Alternative entertainment suitable for families is provided in the adjoining Pirates Cove area. Children must be accompanied by a suitable adult at The Beachcomber.
Are dogs allowed inside The Beachcomber?
We do not allow dogs inside The Beachcomber (except for guide dogs). There is outdoor seating at the front of the clubhouse where pets are welcome and water bowls are provided. You can still enjoy our food and drink seated in this area.
Do I need a wristband or entertainment pass for the clubhouse?
No wristbands or entertainment passes are needed. The Beachcomber is open to the public so everyone is welcome to enjoy our free entertainment.
