Q: I have a booking for May or June, what should I do?
A: If you haven't already been contacted by our team, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking details and we will respond with your options, including holiday date changes.
Q: My holiday balance is due to be paid soon, what should I do?
A: Please do not pay any remaining balance until we know when we can re-open. All payments are currently suspended.
Q: Can I call you to discuss my booking?
A: Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm. Please call 01278 751227. Please bear in mind we are receiving a high number of enquiries, and operating on a skeleton staff. If you cannot get through on the phone, please email email@example.com. We will respond to you as soon as we can.
Q: When do you plan to re-open?
A: We do not yet know when we will be able to re-open. We are following the government updates closely, and will update you via our website and Facebook page when we know more.
Q: I have a booking for later in the season (July and beyond), what should I do?
A: Hold tight - we are currently busy contacting everyone with May and June bookings. Once we know more regarding when we can re-open, we will be in touch. Please rest assured any money paid will be held in credit on your account.
Q: Can I make a new booking?
A: We are now taking bookings for 2021 - book online at www.warrenfarm.co.uk. However we are not currently taking bookings for 2020 until we know a date for re-opening.
Q: I have a static caravan or seasonal touring pitch with you. Where do I stand regarding my site fees?
A: We will be offering a goodwill package for seasonal and static customers. We will give you more details once we know how long the season will be shortened by. We are receiving advice from The British Holiday & Home Parks Association, and liaising with other caravan parks and holiday centres in the UK. Thank you for your patience and support at this difficult time.
Q: Is the park open for day visitors? Can I come and check on my caravan?
A: In line with government advice, visits to second homes, camp sites and holiday parks are not allowed. As a result we still remain closed, and cannot accept day visitors at this time.
Q: We live locally. Are your shops open for us to use?
A: Yes, both Warren Farm Shop and Bunnies Convenience Store are open, providing services to the local community. They are also offering deliveries, please visit their Facebook pages for details.

Online bookings for 2021 are now open!
We do not yet know when we will be able to re-open. This uncertainty means that bookings for 2020 remain closed at this time.
This week we are emailing everyone with a holiday booked for May outlining their options. We will then email those with June bookings in the coming weeks. If you have a holiday booked for July or beyond, we ask for your continued patience.
Please rest assured any money paid will be held in credit on your account (please do not pay any remaining balance until we know when we can re-open).
From Monday 18th May, we will be re-opening the phone lines. You will be able to call us on 01278 751 227, Mondays to Fridays, between 10am and 4pm. You will also be able to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will, however, be operating on a skeleton staff, and so your patience and understanding is appreciated.
Please help to save tourism by postponing your holiday instead of cancelling if possible. Dates can be changed to 2021 for the same price. This will make the world of difference to support our family business at this incredibly difficult time.

Following the Prime Minister’s statement on Sunday 10th May, we are receiving a lot of enquiries asking if travelling to Brean to check on caravans is now permitted.
Under the Government's new Coronavirus recovery strategy, visits to second homes, camp sites and holiday parks are not allowed. As a result we still remain closed, and cannot accept day visitors at this time.
We don’t yet know when we will be able to re-open, but we will be here to welcome you all back as soon as it is deemed safe to do so. In the mean time, please look out for further updates here, or on our Facebook page.

Coronavirus Update - 2020 Bookings
We very much hope our customers are staying safe and well during the coronavirus pandemic.
Due to the current Government advice regarding COVID-19, Reception is now closed therefore we are unable to contact everybody about upcoming bookings.
Existing Bookings: If you have a booking with us, please rest assured any money paid will be held in credit on your account. (Please do not pay any remaining balance until we know when we can re-open). Once Reception re-opens, you will be able to discuss your options with us, including holiday date changes to later this year or next year. As a result, we have decided to freeze holiday prices for 2021 - there will be no price increase for any touring, camping or caravan hire holidays.
New Bookings: We have paused our booking system while Reception is closed, we're waiting for further guidance from the Government before resuming bookings.
If you have a seasonal or static caravan with us, we ask for your patience. Once we know how long the season will be shortened by, we will look into a goodwill gesture, in line with advice from The British Holiday & Home Parks Association, and other caravan parks and holiday centres in the UK.

We unfortunately cannot answer phone calls or emails at this time, which is understandably frustrating for many of you, but the health of our Reception staff must be a priority.
We really appreciate your patience and support at this very sad time, and look forward to welcoming you back to Warren Farm for a happy holiday once the situation has passed and the Government advise it is safe to do so.
Along with the rest of the country, we have been following the daily updates outlining the progression of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the Government advice in response to it.
We have also been liaising with other holiday parks around the country. The number of cases of coronavirus is set to rise with a spike expected in the coming weeks.
As a result we have taken the difficult and very sad decision to remain closed until further guidance is issued from Public Health England.
We understand this is a huge disappointment to everyone, but believe it is in the best interests of our customers, staff and the local community.
We have a responsibility to play our part in not encouraging the spread of this virus and not overloading the NHS in our area.
During this unprecedented time the welfare of our customers, staff and local community is our utmost priority.
