Put a spring in your step and book a holiday by the sea! We re-open on Friday 26th March and have everything you need for a magical stay.

With plenty of fresh air and beautiful open spaces all around us, adults can relax whilst the kids are sure to have bags of fun! There’s seven miles of sandy beach right on our doorstep plus hundreds of acres of working farmland to explore. We have six outdoor play areas, a fishing lake and this year you can meet the newest addition to our Pets Corner - a gorgeous baby donkey!

The Play Barn is a great wet-weather alternative with free soft play, amusement arcade, pool tables and bowlingo.

And we all know that a holiday isn’t a holiday without great food and drink! There are plenty of fantastic options to eat out or takeaway at The Beachcomber, Nesses Café, Warren Farm Chip Shop, Sunnyside Fish Bar and Chinese Takeaway, as well as Ice ‘n’ Cold ice cream parlour! And our on-site convenience stores are always well stocked.

You can book with confidence knowing your holiday is safe with us. In the event of cancellation by us due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (such as COVID-19 lockdown), we will seek to offer you alternative dates and roll over your deposit. If alternative dates cannot be agreed, we will offer you a credit note or refund as appropriate.

Please rest assured that we have stringent cleaning procedures in place across all the park’s venues and facilities, and social distancing measures in place.
