Caravan Hire Holidays:
Caravan hire holidays are going ahead from 12th April, but please note that not all park facilities will be available, in line with the Government restrictions.
En-Suite Pitch Holidays:
En-suite holidays are going ahead from 12th April (as your en-suite pod is self-contained), but please note that not all park facilities will be available, in line with the Government restrictions.
Touring Holidays from 12th April - 16th May:
Grass & Hardstanding Pitches - Our toilet & shower blocks will be closed during this period. Units must be self-contained, which means using your on-board facilities in touring caravans & motorhomes. Unfortunately this means we are unable to accept tents during this time. Water points and chemical waste will be available to use.
If you have a holiday booked before 16th May, you should have received an email from us outlining your options.
Touring & Camping Holidays from 17th May onwards:
Grass & Hardstanding Pitches - We will open our toilet & shower blocks from 17th May.

Our en-suite pitches are very popular and we only have selected dates in October left for 2021.
Seasonal & Static Owners
Please note that our toilet & shower blocks will be closed from 12th April - 16th May - water points and chemical waste will be available to use. We will open our toilet & shower blocks from 17th May.
Here are some of the most common questions we are being asked.
Do I need to sign in for NHS Test & Trace?
Yes, please scan the relevant QR code - located at Warren Farm Reception, Sunnyside Reception and The Beachcomber - using the 'NHS Covid-19' app.
Can I go on holiday with another household?
From 12th April, we will only be able to accept bookings comprised of one household. For stays from 17th May we will be able to accept bookings comprised of up to 2 households. This will be reviewed in accordance with the latest Government guidance and if your booking is affected in any way we will be in contact with you.
Will the water points and chemical waste be available to use?
Yes, water points and chemical waste will be available to use.
Will the park be open as usual?
In line with the latest Government guidance, not all of our facilities will be open and social distancing measures will be in place. Please read below for an update on facilities.
Facilities - What's Open & When?
We are monitoring the situation and Government announcements very closely. We plan to open the following facilities as below. Please check back as information will be updated if anything changes.
From 12th April onwards:
- Water points & chemical waste (NO toilet blocks, showers or laundry)
THINGS TO DO:
- Outdoor play areas
- Pets Corner (say hello to the animals but NO guinea pig handling)
- Games Field sports area
- Farm Walk
- Brean beach
FOOD & DRINK:
- The Beachcomber outdoor seating & takeaway food
- Nesses Cafe outdoor seating
- Warren Farm fish & chips takeaway
- Sunnyside Chinese takeaway
- Ice 'n' Cold ice cream parlour
- Warren Farm Shop
- Bunnies Supermarket
- Brean Caravan Shop & JT Angling
From 17th May onwards:
The areas mentioned above will be open, plus...
- Toilet & shower blocks
- Laundry & dish washing areas
THINGS TO DO:
- Play Barn arcade, pool tables and soft play area
- Live entertainment at The Beachcomber (seated & socially distanced until end of restrictions) - a table pre-booking system will be in place for entertainment only. Look out for more info here >>
- Please note that our May Half Term activities will NOT be running.
