Bar Staff (18+)

Bar staff required for our busy holiday centre clubhouse, The Beachcomber. Applicants must be aged 18+ and able to work evenings and weekends in Brean. Full training will be provided. Arcade Assistants

Arcade Assistants required for our indoor Play Barn, consisting of a soft play area, arcade amusements and bowling. This is a seasonal job from March to October. Full and part-time roles available.  Main duties include: Working in the cash kiosk giving out change, working in the ticket shop, restocking pushers/cranes and some basic cleaning. Hours include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Own transport is preferable to get to Brean. Applicants must be aged 18+. Full training will be provided. Receptionists

We are recruiting for Receptionists to work in our busy holiday centre Reception. Main duties will include checking-in visitors, taking bookings, answering the phones and general office admin. You will be a friendly face on-hand to help with any holidaymaker queries. Applicants must be computer literate with good interpersonal and customer service skills. This is a seasonal role from March to October. Full training is provided. You will be required to work some evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Own transport is preferable for travel to Brean. We are recruiting for Kitchen Assistants at our busy holiday centre restaurant. Previous kitchen experience preferred but not essential. Candidates must be hard working and able to keep up with high demand. This role is seasonal (March to October). Applicants must be able to work evenings and weekends. Entertainment Team

We are looking for an enthusiastic and lively person to assist with children's entertainment, party dances and character work. Chefs

The Beachcomber (our on-site restaurant and entertainment complex) is looking for chefs and kitchen team members for the 2022 season and beyond.  Working under the direction of our Head Chef, you will be assisting in the day-to-day running of our kitchen, preparing and serving award-winning food.  The successful applicants will be team players that thrive in a fast-paced environment and are happy to work at the core of the business, catering for our customers and going above and beyond to create a fantastic dining experience.  
Key Roles:  - Preparing raw ingredients for service - Cooking and presenting dishes to company standards - Keeping and Maintaining food hygiene/safety records - Checking and receiving deliveries as required - Keeping the cooking area clean and tidy.  Requirements:  - Be a great team player - Have an eye for detail - Have great organisation skills - Previous kitchen experience would be beneficial, although is not essential as training will be given.
