Temporary Closure notice

Temporary Closure notice

***Latest Update***

Due to the current movement restrictions, Reception is now closed. We have made the decision to allow our reception staff to remain at home to reduce the risk of spreading coronavirus (COVID-19).

As a result, we will not be able to answer phones for the next few weeks, so please do not call us. We appreciate that this may be frustrating for many of you, but the health of our reception staff must be a priority.

Over the coming days, we will still be contacting those who have a holiday booked with us in April to discuss their options.

We will keep this decision under constant review, and will make any further announcements on our website and Facebook page.

If you have a holiday booked in May or beyond, please look out for these announcements and we will of course be in contact directly as soon as we can if your holiday is affected by the current situation.

We appreciate your support at this very sad time, and look forward to welcoming you back to Warren Farm Holiday Centre for a happy holiday once the situation has passed and the Government advise it is safe to do so.

Along with the rest of the country, we have been following the daily updates outlining the progression of coronavirus (COVID-19) and the Government advice in response to it.

We have also been liaising with other holiday parks around the country.  The number of cases of coronavirus is set to rise with a spike expected in the coming weeks.

As a result we have taken the difficult and very sad decision to remain closed until further guidance is issued from Public Health England.

We understand this is a huge disappointment to everyone, but believe it is in the best interests of our customers, staff and the local community.

We have a responsibility to play our part in not encouraging the spread of this virus and not overloading the NHS in our area.

If you have a touring, camping or caravan hire holiday booked with us before the end of April, we will contact you over the next 7 days to discuss options for postponing or cancelling your holiday.

If your holiday is booked for May or beyond, please bear with us. We will be in touch as soon as we know more. Unfortunately at this time we do not know when we will be re-opening.

If you have a seasonal or static caravan with us, we ask for your patience. We are liaising with other holiday parks around the country to work out a fair package of compensation once we know how long the season will be shortened by.

During this unprecedented time the welfare of our customers, staff and local community is our utmost priority.

As a family business we appreciate your patience and support at this very difficult time. Please stay safe, and we look forward to welcoming you at Warren Farm Holiday Centre in the future.
